Baby & Kids Market Review & Competition Winner

I had a lot of fun at the market on Sunday. It was certainly was an eye opener, and gave me many ideas on how to tackle future markets and what people could possibly be looking for! Everyone is certainly busy looking for those bargains! I found it hard to control the urge to go racing off to try and find my own bargains! Amoungst the craziness of it all I was still able to sneek in a couple of purchases for my daughter Tahlia!

I handed out a hap of leaflets, and spoke to countless amounts of interested "possible" customers. All in all I think it was pretty successful. The main aim of the day was to go out there enjoy my self and spread the word about Blue Dog Creations and i think I managed all of those things!

Now down to the fun part!

I hosted a competition on the day where a lucky person could win a free design package of either:-

Personalised Name Prints now available

I recently had a customer ask me to do a personalised name print for her sons bedroom. On completion of it i thought it would actually be a great idea to start offering it as part of my range. My aim is to work on a dozen or so templates and offer them at $15 or I can design one to your special requirements and charge the standard design fee of $25. You will receive an 8x10inch JPG file which you can take to any photo printing outlet across Australia to have it printed and then all you need to do is frame it and hang it! I think they are a great modern addition to any childs bedroom. You can include name, date of birth and birth details if you wish. Christmas Closing Dates

I will be unavailable to take orders from the 19th December to the 4th January 2011 so that I can spend some time with my precious family and relax a bit after a very busy end to the year!

I think I have driven my husband absolutely bonkers with the amount of hours i spend on the computer every day, so its time to take a break.

If you have anything Urgent that you need me to design i will have access to email after the 30th December, but please only contact me for urgent jobs that require my attention straight away.

Christmas Cards 2010 Coming Soon

The release of my 1st range of Christmas card designs will be happening on the 1st October!

I have designed about 10 different cards at this stage, and I hope there will be a card to suit everyone's tastes!

My Christmas cards will be available for $10 each.

All you will need to do is email me your photo so that i can add it to be pre-designed template, and if you would like the short message changed on the card this can also be arranged.

If you would like a Christmas card designed especcially for you this can still be done at the usual cost of $25.

Invitation Design Kitchen Tea Tahnea

Tahnea emailed me requesting an invitation design for her upcoming Kitchen Tea. She explained to me that her wedding colours were mostly pink, with a hint of light brown to break up the pink tones. She also stated that the wedding was to be quite tradtional and "pretty".

Invitation Design NATE

Alison was a lucky winner of a giveaway i held last month! All fans had to do was to let me know what they would like designed and the lucky winner was drawn out of a hat! This is just one of the many reasons its a good idea to become a fan on my FaceBook page so you can take part in my competitions!

Alison wanted a Baptism invite designed for her precious baby boy Nate! So beautiful! She took the photo herself and i just wanted to come up with something both elegant and modern at the same time.

Im really happy with how this invite turned out, and Alison and her family were really excited when they saw the final proof!

I had the pleasure of designing Callum's invitation for his 2nd Birthday. Claire told me that she wanted something bright and modern but also had to match the blue & orange theme she was having for him because he loved Hoot from "Giggle & Hoot". Young Callum was also going have a special Hoot cake for his Birthday! So cute!
